Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include 19% German VAT. Payment is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation and our order confirmation.

14-day returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. If Techmann provides a prepaid return label, its actual cost is deducted from the eligible refund and the balance is returned to the original payment method. Original standard delivery charges are handled according to statutory withdrawal rights. Techmann covers return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered products.

Portal access

Each Guardian 300 plan includes the Family Portal access period stated on its product page. When a limited access period ends, the router continues to provide Wi-Fi service, while portal monitoring and management features require renewal. Lifetime access applies to the original Guardian 300 router included with that plan.

Product performance

Rated network capabilities are not a guarantee of internet-service speed. Actual performance varies by service plan, connected devices, distance, interference and building construction.

Warranty and consumer rights

Techmann provides a one-year commercial warranty. This commercial warranty does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights. The final terms, withdrawal instructions, legal-entity details and dispute-resolution information must be reviewed by a qualified German legal professional before launch.
