Shipping and returns

Delivery

Standard delivery is free to the EU destinations available at checkout. The estimated transit time is two to five business days after dispatch. Order processing may take up to two business days.

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The product should be complete, safely packaged and returned with its supplied accessories. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.

Refund and return postage

For a non-faulty return, the customer pays the return-postage cost. You may arrange and pay for the return yourself. If Techmann supplies a prepaid return label, the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund and the remaining eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

During the statutory withdrawal period, any original standard delivery charge is refunded as required by law. Extra delivery costs chosen above the standard delivery option are not refundable. If the product is faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrect, Techmann pays the return cost and no return-postage deduction is made.
